Some pics from a new series I'm doing based on some work I had seen done by Joe Mcnally utilizing long exposures blending flash and continuous light. These are all single exposures of 5 seconds in length. The lighting to accomplish this is fairly technical as there is a balance of ambient burn-in as well as flash freezing action both sides.
